Homemade Chicken Fajitas
Enjoy these wonderful homemade Chicken Fajitas. Marinaded to perfection, made with nothing but love by yours truly!

Ingredients
5 lbs of Chicken Breast
1 Fresh Garlic clove
1 Fresh Lime
1 to 2 tbsp of Chili Powder
1 to 2 tbsp of Cumin
4 tbsp of Olive oil
A green, yellow, and orange bell pepper
Half of a red onion
2 tbsp of Minced Garlic
1 tsp of Garlic powder
1 tsp of Season Salt
3 tbsp of Vegetable oil
Marinade instructions
Get a big bowl or a gallon Ziploc
Get a cutting board (if you don’t wanna ruin your counter)
Peel your fresh garlic and mince it
Put it in the bowl
Cut up 1 lime in half
Squeeze both halves into the bowl or Ziploc
Add the 4 tbsp of Olive Oil
Add 1 to 2 tbsp of Cumin and Chili Powder (Spice to taste)
Whisk till dissolved
Add chicken
Shake until chicken is fully covered. Then place it in the fridge for at least 5 hours. (Shaking every hour)
Cooking instructions
Pour 3 Tbsp of Vegetable oil into a large pan, and turn on the heat
Cut up Bell peppers and onions
Throw bell peppers and onions into the pan
Add 2 tbsp of minced garlic
Add 1 tsp of garlic powder and season salt
Stir it up. Turn the heat to medium or low. Put the lid on it.
Start your grill
Once the grill is warm put chicken on the grill.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes flipping every 3 minutes
Make sure to keep stirring the sauté
Cook chicken until it is barley pink on the inside
Once the chicken is to this point, take it off the grill and take it inside
Cut chicken into strips and throw it in the sauté
Turn the heat back on high and cook chicken thoroughly
Once cook heat a damn tortilla and add your toppings and you got a fucking good fajita
