Simple Pork Pot Roast
Sometimes you just don’t have the time or the ambition to get up and cook a meal. That’s okay! I got a recipe that is simple and easy to make. One you can throw in the crockpot or even a pot on the stove and just forget about it! Check it out below!!
Simple Pork Pot Roast
Time: 4 - 8 Hours Servings: 4
Ingredients
3 oz – Sliced Shallots (You can use onions if preferred.)
1 oz – Minced Garlic
6 oz – Baby Carrots
6 oz – Sliced Celery
12 oz – Quartered Yellow Spuds
32 oz – Veggie Stock
4 lbs – Pork
2 tbsp – Bad Ass Shit (Salt, pepper, and baking soda mix)
2 tbsp – Heric’s Italian Seasoning (You can use regular Italian seasoning if necessary)
Instructions
1. Season and rub pork with Bad Ass Shit and Heric’s Italian Seasoning.
2. In a slow cooker or a large pot heat up butter or oil. Once butter is hot add Italian Seasoning.
3. Add shallots and cook until fragrant. Then, add garlic and cook until shallots are translucent.
4. Add Celery to the pot and cook until fragrant.
5. Add carrots, spuds, seasoned pork, and veggie stock.
6. Put the lid on and cook on low for 4 – 8 hours.
7. Serve.
