Heric's Crunch Wrap Supreme

Have you ever gotten that Taco Bell craving? You know the one that sneaks up on you when you are least expecting it? No, I am not high when I am writing this. Nor am I high whenever I get the Taco Bell craving. Sometimes a mother**ker needs a crunch wrap.

I decided that I can do better than Taco Bell. I decided that I can make something so delicious without all the nasty preservatives and all-natural ingredients. Also, they are freshly cooked.

Instructions

1.       Start by cutting up your bacon into cubes. Then heat a large pan or skillet to high heat. Add your ground beef, bacon and green chili to the pan and begin cooking.  Add half your seasonings to the meat and stir.

2.       While the meat is cooking begin to chop your toppings. Once chopped set aside in separate bowls and finish cooking the meat. (We put it in separate bowls to make the assembling easier in a later step.)

3.       Once the meat is cooked make sure to strain it to remove excess grease. (Also keep the hot water on in your sink while straining so that your drain does not clog.) Add meat to a bowl to make it easier to assemble the crunch wrap. Then add the other half of the seasoning. That way we get the full flavor.

4.       Heat your tortillas so that it is easier to make the crunch wrap shape. Add meat to tortilla. Then add half of a laughing cow cheese wedge, tostada, the other half of the cheese wedge, onion, tomato and lettuce. Wrap like a crunch wrap. (That part is hard to explain but hopefully you can figure it out.)

5.       Add oil to a skillet then once hot. Add the bottom part of the crunch wrap to the pan and press on the top. This will toast it and seal it shut. Then flip and repeat. Once done. You have a crunch wrap!!
